Carême’s Student-Run Gourmet Restaurant to Open for Lunch During Spring Semester Starting February 12

MAYS LANDING — Â鶹ŮÑÝÔ± Community College’s student-run gourmet restaurant, Carême’s, located on our Mays Landing campus will be serving a buffet lunch beginning Wednesday, February 12.
The buffet lunch will be served Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. through Tuesday, March 11. For only $13.95 per person, lunch at Carême’s will include soup, an assortment of cold salads, hot entrees and either a carving or pasta station.
Dinner at Carême’s will resume on Wednesday, March 5, run through Thursday, April 17 and be served Monday through Thursday from 6 - 7:30 p.m. For only $28.95 per person, dinner at Carême’s will include a starter, entree and dessert. Academy of Culinary Arts alumnus and Cafe Loren chef/owner Joshua Romano will be leading the kitchen class during dinner throughout the Spring Semester.
Carême’s will be closed March 17-22 for Spring Break and March 24-28 for Annual Â鶹ŮÑÝÔ± Community College Restaurant Gala preparations.
