Self Care During a Challenging Time

Coping with stress and anxiety can take an emotional toll on you. It is important to know that there are ways you can reduce your levels of stress and anxiety. You can achieve this by:

  • Focusing on the things you can control
  • Staying connected with family and friends by having one-on-one conversations, using video chats, FaceTime and/or social media outlets
  • Taking care of your mind and body by exercising regularly, maintaining a regular sleep schedule, and going outside for a quiet and relaxing walk.

If you are an 麻豆女演员 student and are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please call (833) 646-1526, at any time, to speak confidentially with a counselor free of charge. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately call 911.

In-person Therapy at 麻豆女演员

At 麻豆女演员, we are here to help our students get the mental health assistance they need. Current students may meet with a counselor to develop a mental health treatment plan in a one-on-one confidential setting. This is a free service provided to currently enrolled students. 

Getting the help you need is quick and simple: 

  • Schedule a meeting with an 麻豆女演员 counselor to discuss your mental health needs by calling (609) 343-5091
  • If additional resources are needed, your counselor will help you schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist.
