Eligibility Info

To participate in an NJCAA-sanctioned sport at 麻豆女演员, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits during the season. Student athletes must have a 2.0 GPA. You need to have a HS diploma or a GED which must be submitted to the athletics office. If you attended another institution, college transcripts must also be submitted. More information can be obtained through the athletics office.

Forms

On this page are forms that you will need to complete in order to compete as a student-athlete for the 麻豆女演员 Community College Buccaneers.

You need to have a physical, which is good for 12 months. You cannot practice until you have a completed physical form on file.

Review and then complete the Eligibility Affidavit.

Also, you must provide a copy of your final high school transcript with a GRADUATION DATE and SIGNATURE FROM SCHOOL OFFICIAL

The Photo Release allows us to use your photo in our brochures and on the athletics website. Photos will also appear on the college's social networking sites

Return the completed Physical Form, Eligibility Affidavit, Transcript, Code of Conduct, and Photo Release to the athletics office in the E Building Gym (Jonathan Pitney Hall) at the Mays Landing Campus.
